I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the cleaning ladies put in a lot of effort, though the bathrooms could use some updates. The comfort level was decent, albeit a bit basic compared to what I had originally booked. However, dealing with a flooded room and being given the option of having a lady mop it or waiting for a technician later was not ideal.
